Waypoint B2B is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Representative.

Waypoint B2B, an international outsourcing company based in Saburtalo, Tbilisi, is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. We provide professional customer support and office services for our U.S.-based partners in the home services industry.

Location: Saburtalo, Tbilisi (on-site position)

Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Full-Time: At least 2 night shifts per week are required.
  • Part-Time: Options may be considered.

Compensation:
  • Day Shift: $3.00 per hour (after taxes)
  • Night Shift: $3.50 per hour (after taxes)

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, helpful assistance.
  • Manage scheduling, dispatch, and support requests.
  • Record customer details in our system with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
