AGROIT founded in 2015, one of the leading companies in distribution of Italian and European premium Agro machines in Georgia is looking for a sales manager.
About AGROIT
- Sales and distribution of premium Agro equipment for orchards, vineyards and nuts
- Sales of post-harvest processing machines for stone fruits (calibration and packaging)
- Sales of post-harvesting equipment for nuts (drying line, shelling line and other equipment)
- We position in the premium segment working with medium and big farmers (average more than 20-30 hectares plantation)
- We have wide active customer portfolio in nuts, orchards and vineyards
Which person we are looking for:
- Person with at least 2-3 years’ experience in sales of Agro equipment or heavy machineries
- Basic technical knowledge of Agro-equipment or similar
- Active person who is willing to call customer and find new sales opportunities
- Require travelling at least 3 days per week to visit customers
- Willingness to travel in Europe for technical training
- English language level at least B2 or more
- Car driving licence required
What we will provide:
- Office in Tbilisi centre close to Liberty square
- Company car for working purposes, visiting customers across Georgia
- Salary between 2000 and 3000 Lari based on the previous experience of the candidate
- Commissions and bonuses based on performance and sales achievements
- Technical training will be provided by AGROIT
How we start?
- Face to face Interview with candidates and selection
- 3 months trial period before signing job contract
