Construction company “Horizons Group” announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager
Location: Batumi
Work schedule: Full-time
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education;
- Excellent speaking and communication skills;
- Fluency in Russian and English languages;
- Knowledge of office programs;
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of service standards;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to react quickly, politeness, punctuality, energy, and organizational skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients;
- Working with and regularly updating databases;
- Preparing and presenting corporate offers and presentations at a high level;
- Communicating with clients through social networks;
- Registration of real estate contracts in accordance with the law;
- Performing tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
