Free Spirit Tours is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Arabic-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring effective communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in Arabic via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Assist clients with reservations and travel-related requests.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Good command of English is required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
