QBA RIDE is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Fleet Operations Specialist (Multiple Openings)
QBA RIDE is launching a new shared e-bike project in Tbilisi, and we are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our growing operations team.
If you have experience with shared scooters or delivery platforms, you will quickly understand how our advanced e-bike system works. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
Salary & Work Schedule
Starting Salary: From 1,500 GEL per month
After formal employment, salary will be adjusted based on work performance, ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 GEL per month
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Schedule: 4 days on / 1 day off
Stable long-term work with a healthy work-life balance

Main Responsibilities
- Rebalancing: Move e-bikes from low-demand areas to busy locations such as metro stations, shopping malls, and business districts
- Battery Swapping: Replace low batteries with fully charged batteries to keep the fleet operating efficiently
- Parking Management: Ensure bikes are parked neatly and comply with city regulations
- Basic Inspection: Perform simple cleaning and safety checks, including brakes, bells, and visible damage
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with outdoor work and moving bicycles
- Having or obtaining a truck driver’s license is a strong advantage
- Basic English communication skills are a plus
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
