Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1,200 GEL per month
- Discipline Bonus: 400 GEL
- Commission: 30% per closed deal
- Schedule: 5-day work week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Workplace: Office in the heart of Tbilisi on Rustaveli Ave.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales.
- English: C1 level (Fluent) — Mandatory.
- Russian: Preferred.
- Georgian: Preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems; proven track record of selling to international clients in English.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting negotiations with buyers, investors, and property owners.
- Organizing and conducting property viewings.
- Guiding clients through all stages of the real estate transaction.
- Handling both inbound leads and cold outreach.
- Managing client data and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to optimize lead generation.
- Closing deals and finalizing contracts.
