About the Role
Tbilisi Property is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a driven professional ready to advance their career in Georgia's rapidly growing real estate market.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 1,200 GEL per month
  • Discipline Bonus: 400 GEL
  • Commission: 30% per closed deal
  • Schedule: 5-day work week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Workplace: Office in the heart of Tbilisi on Rustaveli Ave.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales.
  • English: C1 level (Fluent) — Mandatory.
  • Russian: Preferred.
  • Georgian: Preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems; proven track record of selling to international clients in English.
Key Attributes: High responsibility, strong communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and excellent objection-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting negotiations with buyers, investors, and property owners.
  • Organizing and conducting property viewings.
  • Guiding clients through all stages of the real estate transaction.
  • Handling both inbound leads and cold outreach.
  • Managing client data and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to optimize lead generation.
  • Closing deals and finalizing contracts.
