MTG is announcing a vacancy for the Dispatcher position.

Job Description:

• Find and evaluate potential cargo;
• Make agreement on the details of the shipment with the driver and the customers;
• Ensure the conclusion of a contract with the customer;

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must;
• Computer skills - good knowledge of office software;
• Analytical skills;
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus;

Personal Skills:

• Punctuality and high sense of responsibility;
• Time management;
• Ability to conduct negotiations;
• Detail oriented;
• Both individual and a team player;
