Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for Chief Executive Officer’s position, for the company in Georgia, operating in Livestock and Agribusiness industry.

Job Description:

• Oversee all livestock and agricultural operations;
• Structure and expand animal production activities;
• Improve operational, sanitary, and financial performance;
• Implement international management standards;
• Lead operational and technical teams;
• Manage budgets, investments, and growth strategies;
• Report directly to shareholders;
• Build a high-performance operational culture.

Requirements:

• Higher Education, Preferably in Business Administration, Agriculture or Zoology;
• Proven experience managing large-scale farming operations (At least 1000 Livestock units);
• Strong expertise in animal production, nutrition, and fattening;
• Experience of working in organization with international management would be considered as plus;
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in Animal Farming Business, 5 Years on Managerial positions, such as CEO, Deputy CEO, COO or Director of Production;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of French language at Fluent level would be considered as strong plus.
