We're looking for a Barista to join our friendly team at SALI Coffee!

Our coffee shop is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, on one of the city's busiest tourist streets. If you love coffee, enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and want to work in a warm and supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Prepare espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages.
• Welcome and serve guests with excellent hospitality.
• Keep the bar and guest area clean and organized.
• Prepare simple breakfasts (only 4 menu items).
• Help guests with a positive attitude and find solutions in any situation.
• Be proactive, friendly, and always greet guests with a smile.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Russian and English are required.
• Georgian language skills will be considered a strong advantage.

Work schedule:

• 2 days on / 2 days off.
• Flexible scheduling is also available by agreement.
