Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience at working on stage or in front of camera is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel functions
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Sense of urgency
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to set clear priorities
- Customer oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge on internal systems (Trello, Google Cloud products)
Main aim of your work is:
- Finding out the motivation of your trainees.
- Providing a training course that must be engaging.
- Leading by example and inspiring your trainees with your professionalism and personality.
- Always providing constructive feedback with some tips on improving the performance.
