Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Request Management
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Record and manage customer requests, complaints, and feedback through the CRM system.
- Ensure timely customer responses in accordance with established service standards (SLA).
- Build proactive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
After-Sales Process Management
- Guide customers through post-sale procedures, including title deed transfers, property handovers, payment plans, and related processes.
- Support customers during property delivery and coordinate the resolution of any deficiencies or issues.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Technical, and Property Management teams.
- Monitor and follow up on customer-related property issues until resolution.
Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution
- Analyze customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor the resolution process from start to finish.
- Escalate unresolved or delayed cases to management when necessary.
- Maintain professional and solution-oriented communication, especially during challenging situations.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer satisfaction reports.
- Analyze recurring customer requests and complaints and present findings to management.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor and report Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
- Manage communications with VIP clients.
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's brand and service standards.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with property management, technical teams, and security personnel.
- Assist customers with utility subscription processes (electricity, water, gas) and service-related guidance.
- Provide information and support regarding rental and resale activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of empathy and customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional presentation and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Russian and Turkish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or after-sales operations is preferred.
