Due to business expansion and the need for comprehensive legal support, we are looking for a Real Estate and Commercial Operations Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support for real estate transactions;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts;
• Registration of property ownership transfers at the House of Justice, preparation of notarial documents for foreign clients;
• Registration of companies, branches, and representative offices in the Entrepreneurial Register, opening bank accounts for legal entities;
• Advising on tax regimes, preparation of corporate documentation;
• accompanying clients to the House of Justice;
• Creating bundled legal service offerings (company registration + residence permit + real estate);
• Monitoring legislative changes and preparing summaries/digests.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate, corporate, or migration law in Georgia;
• Knowledge of the Civil Code of Georgia (Books III and IV), Land Code, and the Law on the Legal Status of Foreigners;
• Experience working with napr.gov.ge, rs.ge, justice.gov.ge;
• Fluent Georgian (C2) and Russian (C1/C2);
• Client-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex matters in simple terms.

Conditions:

• Total compensation: from 5,000 GEL/month (3,000 GEL base salary + sales commission);
• Employment in accordance with Georgian labor law;
• Schedule: full-time, office-based, Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00.
