Sea Inside is a company that has been helping people purchase seaside real estate in Georgia since 2019. We work with leading developers and support our clients at every stage of the transaction. Our mission is to make dreams of owning a home by the sea a reality!

Responsibilities:

• Banking operations (statements, translating transactions into Russian) and expense reporting;
• Accounting (goods/services, primary documentation);
• Calculating bonuses for 40 employees based on predefined formulas;
• Reconciliations with banks and counterparties;
• Posting job vacancies when hiring foreign employees;
• Preparing data for tax reporting and expense reports.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience (accounting for sole proprietors/businesses);
• Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation;
• Fluent Georgian and Russian;
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets;
• Attention to detail, structured approach, composure.

Conditions:

• Salary: 3,000 GEL (fixed);
• Schedule: full-time (no part-time/combining roles);
• Hybrid format: 2–3 days in the office / 2–3 days from home;
• Official employment;
• Stable tasks, well-structured company.
