About the Role
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on client-facing software products. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web applications across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

This is a contract position, remote initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid/on-site setup in Tbilisi in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications
• Build new features across frontend and backend systems
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs
• Participate in technical discussions and solution design
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Leverage modern AI development tools to improve productivity and code quality

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and Python
• Mid to Senior level professional experience
• Experience building and maintaining production applications
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend services
• Understanding of software architecture and development best practices
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Experience working with AI/LLM-powered applications
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and frameworks
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams

Working Arrangement

• Contract position
• Remote initially
• Potential future hybrid/on-site setup in Tbilisi
• Working hours aligned with a start time of approximately 08:00-09:00 Georgian time
