The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior kitchen staff;
- Ensure that all food products are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas;
- Follow proper food handling, HACCP Standards and sanitation procedures at all times;
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines;
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment preferred;
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
