"MAQRO Development, the driving force behind MAQRO Group — a rapidly growing real estate company operating in Tbilisi (For detailed information, please visit the company’s website at www.maqro.ge ) — is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing who can lead the development of the company’s marketing direction and take its growth to the next Level.
This role is much more than managing existing campaigns. We are seeking someone who can lead and shape our entire marketing function, combining digital marketing, brand management, CRM, content creation, and local marketing initiatives into a cohesive growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Lead all digital marketing activities, including paid advertising, social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Improve CRM and lead generation processes to support sales growth.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence in local and international markets.
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns targeting both local and international clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize conversion and business performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
