Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer.

David Kennedy Recruitment is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Senior FX Dealer

Location: MENA/APAC
Work model: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX, metals, indices, and CFD products
Oversee execution quality, liquidity management, and hedging processes
Configure and administer MT5, cTrader, and Centroid trading environments
Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures
Analyse trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities
Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes
Prepare and present dealing, risk, and performance reports to senior management
Support onboarding, training, and supervision of junior dealers
Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

3–5 years’ experience in dealing, risk management, or brokerage environment
Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin
Previous experieence / knowledge of cTrader & Centroid will be considered as an advantage
Strong understanding of A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models
Deep knowledge of FX, metals, indices, and CFD markets
Experience managing liquidity, exposure, and trading risk
Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments
Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations
Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow optimisation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
