Fast growing Company ``Estet`` which are developing, executing and implementing low voltage and electrical projects is looking for a ``Sales Manager`` to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. If you want to be a member of our strong and talented team please join us.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and also superb interpersonal skills.

 

Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Selling  telecommunication and security products/projects within territory of Georgia
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Analyzes tender documentation, preparing quotation and other required documents
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and sending to directory.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records day by day.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

 

Sales Representative Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, computer engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales of telecommunication products/projects
  • Having big network of clients in telecommunication area
  • Being ambitious in achieving successes and goal of sales
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability for travelling around Georgia and abroad
  • Language skills: Georgian ( native), English and Russian ( upper intermediate)

 

Working time: 09.00-18.00 Monday-Saturdays ( 6 days)

Salary: Fixed + commissions from sales
