Position:   Customer Service Manager

General requirements:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate the growth;
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution;
  • Manage day to day operations in the customer service department;
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner;
  • Create effective customer service procedure, policies and standers;
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis;
  • Implement an effective customer loyalty program;
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions;
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings;
  • Develop and manage customer service department budget;
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods;
  • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service company provides, compile accurate reports;
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedure for customers to use;
  • Provide first contact point for all operational aspects of customer service;
  • Build and sustain relationships with all customers, identify areas to mutually improve operational delivery and anticipating and resolving issues;
  • Improve and maximize customer satisfaction and experience

 

Professional qualification/work experience:

  • A preference for at least 2-3 years in container shipping and logistics related companies or/and in forwarding business;
  • Good commercial and industry knowledge;
  • Possesses a good understanding of container/logistics industry;
  • Language proficiency: English & Russian advanced level;  
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
