We are looking for a TEAM LEADER with experience in Call Center, German and English speaking.

 

Ideal Candidate - Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of German
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize activities and tasks effectively
  • Customer centric approach
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management, previous experience of managing a team of people in a shared services environment or as a project leader
  • Experience of managing projects in a small to medium outsourced environment (call center)
  • Experience in successfully delivering projects to required scope, quality, timescale
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities and to work autonomously
  • Maximum flexibility and availability to work in various shifts
  • Availability to travel and spend periods of time abroad for training purposes
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Experience in personnel recruitment and selection

 

Description of the job

  • Coordinate a team in order to achieve the agreed targets, productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Delivering services that meet SLA and delight the customer
  • Developing strong internal and external relationships
  • Work on ongoing and future projects in English and German language
  • Customer support in German and English languages
  • Support in recruitment processes for the company
  • Support to Management, close collaboration with the managers of the group, communicating and escalating the various issues that regard the services or the team
  • Assistance in administrative tasks
  • Team Supervision and Organization, training, supporting and supervising the team, making sure the team is fully trained, has appropriate tools and procedures in place and is working effectively and efficiently
