We are a digital startup in hospitality sector providing a range of educational and digital development solutions and we are inviting you to an interesting and promising job of Regional Sales Manager in Georgia.

 

About the Role:

You’ll be joining our ambitious team in an exciting, fast-paced & high-growth environment. You will build and lead the sales strategy, work closely with all types of hotels and be responsible for driving the overall B2B sales revenue in your region through new client acquisition.

We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record selling to and/or consulting with C level executives and can excel in a start-up fast paced environment.

The ideal profile for this role is an individual who has at least 2 or more years of selling digital or management consultancy products.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving business and revenue targets for the categories owned.
  • Prospect, develop and close new enterprise opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets through targeted & strategic outbound activity via email, content and phone.
  • Leverage industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct meetings with C-suite and confidently speak as a leader in this space.
  • Represent us at conferences.
  • Partner with product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Building a team: build and train an excellent B2B sales team to support you as we scale.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in enterprise sales, sales development, lead generation (SaaS experience a plus, but not required).
  • Strong understanding and experience in hospitality business.
  • Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets.
  • Strong lead generation skills and creative approach to marketing.
  • Experience building and evolving sales processes.
  • A consultative and solution selling approach to closing new business.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the client C level.
  • Experience in gathering in-depth knowledge of client’s business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent Georgian and English languages, Russian - intermediate or higher.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors.
  • Experience selling IT, learning or management consultancy solutions
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  • Experience with corporate training products/services.
