Hotel porta caucasia  need Front Desk Manager

 

Supervise, direct and coordinate front office and reservation department.

 

Obtain detailed information from front desk agents & reservation agent;

  • Monitor, control & respond to guest's special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns;
  • Monitor and control all daily E-mails;
  • Monitor and control daily bookings (walk-in, phone, E-mail, online and ect.)
  • Monitor and control daily check-ins, check-outs, cancellations, no-shows.
  • Monitor guests accommodation (individuals & groups);
  • Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously;
  • Monitor and control daily revenues (Cash, Credit Card payments, Wire Transferees);
  • Provide invoices to companies (individuals & groups ) for Wire Transfers.
  • Provide the Electronic Faqturas;
  • Report to the General Manager daily revenues (Wire Transferees);
  • Scheduling front office & reservation department staff;
  • Interviewing, training, developing, empowering, coaching, and counselling Front Desk and Reservation Department Staff;
  • Maintain working relationship and communicates with all departments;
  • Update group information. Maintain, monitor and prepare group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel;

 

Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and rules;

  • Operate all aspects of Front Office & Reservation Department computer system, hotel PMS, channel manager including software maintenance and simple configuration changes;
  • Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner;
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy;
  • Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees;
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

 

Knowledge and skills

  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of customer service.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be orderly.
  • friendly and professional at all times
  • needs to be, be able to look after several things at once and always stay calm, sometimes under pressure

 

Language skills:

  •  Georgian-fluent
  •  English-fluent
  •  Russian-fluent

 

Excellent computer skills.
