Academy of Digital Industries is pleased to announce the opening for the position of Sales Manager.

 

Academy of Digital industries an innovational educational platform, which is offering workshops, Courses and Masterclasses in different areas of Business and Technology. Academies structure is adapted to meet the needs and requirements of different target audiences. We use a broad range of learning interventions to help individuals and organizations develop foundational knowledge, mindsets, and skills on core digital and agile topics in order to deliver measurable and sustained organisational and individual impacts.

 

We are looking for the Sales Manager to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of business relationships within the entire selling network
  • Develop, implement, and measure sales strategies and supporting tactics that drive share growth for assigned field.
  • Maximize share growth and ROI by directing incentives and discounts to highly competitive markets and most lucrative revenue streams.
  • Business management and fact based selling using category strategy and data driven insights
  • Carefully monitor and analyse performance data and ensure that action is taken to quickly address opportunities and threats.
  • Serve as a company spokesperson, thought leader, and brand ambassador within the industry.
  • Collaborate with the applicable stakeholders to develop and present exceptional executive-ready deliverables.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid background in managing multi-channel driven businesses.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, 
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Consistent and stable work history.
  • Ability to cultivate strong business partnerships.
  • Ability to create and deliver exceptional executive-ready presentations.

 

What Would be Helpful:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Knowledge and user experience with the company’s sales systems and data sources
  • Salesforce/CRM system experience
  • Experience or knowledge in Finance, Network Planning, Revenue Management, Marketing, Loyalty, and Alliances
