Are you passionate about leading impactful logistics projects and delivering innovative solutions?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Tbilisi and drive the successful implementation of new client integrations and improvement initiatives across our logistics operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for new business and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across ocean, air, road, and warehousing services
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication strategies
- Conduct regular team and client updates, prepare presentations for steering committees
- Design and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); train internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement and drive value through operational innovation
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in freight forwarding or logistics, including 1+ year in operations (FCL, LCL, Air, Road)
- Experience with project management in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); Russian is a strong plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- A collaborative, client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma project methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
