We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development (BizDev) Manager to join our agency, Bread Cranberry

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Finding and attracting new partners and clients (through warm client databases and systematic Email/LinkedIn outreach).
  • Selling the company’s products via online and offline negotiations (messengers, email, Zoom, conferences).
  • Efficiently managing internal company systems, maintaining client databases, and keeping deal statuses up to date (CRM, Telegram, etc.).
  • Developing commercial proposals.
  • Optimizing sales processes and improving key performance metrics.

What We Expect from You:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is required.
  • Proactive mindset, results-driven attitude, and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems is a plus.
