Rompetrol Georgia is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Budgeting and Reporting Manager.

Duty Station: Tbilisi

 

The aim of the position of Budgeting and Reporting Manager is to collect and analyze the company financial data and present to the management as required. Position duties include but are not limited to the following:

MAIN DUTIES will include but are not limited to:

  • Provides the data on the company financial standing and other financial indicators for end users, for further decision making;
  • Coordinates, verifies and reconciles financial/accounting adjustments generated by accounting approach differences between the Georgian accounting standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Coordinates the obtaining, checking and reconciliation of periodical financial reports (daily, monthly, trimester, semester, annual) to the management, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, by using the standard financial reporting systems and procedures.
  • Coordinates the annual budget setting, implementing and analyzing, annual budget review activities and budgeted fund rectification procedures;
  • Provides assistance in the process of implementing financial applications within the company;

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Higher education in Finances/business administration Domain;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience;
  • Work experience in the field of oil industry would be an asset;
  • High Profficiency in MS Office is essential;
  • Knowledge of English and Russian is essential.
