Human Resource Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit suitable individual for the position of team leader(Armenian Speaker). Hired person will be assigned to Glovoapp Georgia LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Accountability for the performance and development of the agents assigned
• Monitor performance and response to training
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly feedback in 1:1/team meetings.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Control real-time operations to reach the department's KPIs
• Execute and participate in the creation of an action plan to improve the KPI’s
• Work closely with the other teams involved in the operations in order to improve customer experience, partner experience, and glover experience.
• Ensure that the team is efficiently adhering to the processes launched by the global team
• Provide feedback to the Manager on pain points and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Armenian and Georgian
• English level B2/C1
• Willingness to keep abreast of months new techniques in teaching & training
• Proficient in Google tools and Office (Esp. Power point/Excel);
• Great communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
