Iveria Group is working on one of the largest entertainment center projects in downtown Tbilisi, on the Republic Square, which will unite restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, hotels, gallery, etc. The above mentioned project is executed with the partnership of Silk Road Group and Radisson Blu Tbilisi hotel.

IVERIA GROUP is glad to announce the vacancy for the Senior Sales Manager position. The candidate we are looking for should have the following

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must. 
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Abilities to create and develop product and pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives.
  • Develop and evaluate marketing strategies, based on knowledge of market characteristics.
  • The ability to optimize the product and price strategy and portfolio in line with the overall strategy.
  • Create, manage and coordinate sales and events activities ,Work closely with financial and marketing department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way.
  • Analyze, observe and monitor market trends.
  • The ability to understand customer needs and desires.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • good planning and organisational skills.
  • the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field
