Bolt Food are seeking an analytical and results-driven Courier Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Bolt Food partner operations. This role is crucial in driving efficiency, performance, and growth within our dynamic team.
Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process.
Please note that this is a full-time contract opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this is 3200 GEL + Bi-Annual Bonuses.
Probation Period: 6 months

About the role
As a Courier Operations Manager, you will be managing a small but highly impactful team to develop and implement strategies to optimize courier operations. This role is highly analytical in nature, and will require monitoring KPIs, analyzing results, noticing trends and running tests to ensure efficient operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery partner operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity
- Track and analyze courier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure service quality
- Monitor demand and supply balance by geographical areas and adjust marketplace settings to ensure optimal distribution of partner couriers to high demand areas
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
About you:
- You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions
- You have inspired and lead a team to tangible results
- You have a drive for leading initiatives and features till the end, even if the last mile is the hardest
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Georgian and English
