Full time
Responsibilities:
- Conducting presentations, consulting trainings and technical consultations within the framework of competencies for partners.
- Continuous collection of competitive information and feedback on customer issues and needs.
- Expand installer customer database, identify valuable customers, and improve installer stickiness
- Information support for partners and partners' sales channel.
- Interaction with marketing departments, Implementation of product promotion and marketing activities including seminar, roadshow, exhibition, etc.
- Implementation of customer visiting and partner showroom management.
- Working with complaints.
- Weekly, semi-annual reports
Requirements:
- Experience in the security systems market and/or IT hardware market for at least 3 years, strictly b2b
- Readiness for business trips.
- Proven technical background
- Ability to independently conduct training of product and technology
- Ability to independently solve simple technical problems from client side
- Teamwork skills, focus and responsibility for the result,
- analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Having knowledge in marketing.
- Knowledge of English (A2 level), Russian and Georgian language
- Understanding the channel sales of the distribution business
- Presentation skills
Candidates have additional advantages:
- Manufacturer certification and/or presale or post sale support experience
- Understanding the basics of market analytics (market shares, competitive environment analysis, product management)
