LLC Admission Office is looking for HR Manager

About Company: "LLC Admission Office" is a private company in Georgia that provides student support services for International students that want to study in various Universities in Georgia and other countries in Europe. We're seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, and a passion for driving employee engagement and organizational success
Location: Tbilisi, Berbuki Street 1.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am -5:30.

Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategies and initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Your leadership will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's success.

Main accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Implementation and management of HR software;
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Signing, renewing contracts and working with relevant orders/documents;
  • To participate in the introduction of employee motivation systems, improvement and development of KPI indicators;
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Stay current with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement long-term HR strategies aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the organization's talent needs and develop proactive recruitment and retention strategies to address them.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational growth and performance.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to support the company's strategic objectives.

Candidate profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations; Knowledge of the Labor Code of Georgia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, with a track record of driving results and managing change;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred; Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: English and Russian (proficiency level: B2 or higher).
