Engineering company - City Systems LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Technician of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
Position: Technician of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
Reports to: Engineer
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Ensuring the trouble-free maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Ventilation:
- Set and monitor the operating modes of ventilation systems according to air flow and indoor air temperature.
- Detect malfunctions in ventilation units and eliminate them, including monitoring the condition and operation of automatic control devices.
- Conduct seasonal routine maintenance of water cooling systems for chillers and ventilation units, especially during summer.
- Keep ventilation units clean, including changing air filters.
- Prepare ventilation systems for heating and summer seasons.
AC/Cooling:
- Conduct routine maintenance on air conditioning systems, including seasonal on and off procedures.
- Clean internal and external units, replace damaged sections of thermal insulation on freon pipes, and check the tightness of drainage lines.
- Troubleshoot air conditioning units, replace drainage pumps as needed, perform selective temperature control, and refill freon if necessary.
Requirements:
- Specialization: Experience as a specialist in ventilation equipment, chillers, and VRV systems.
- Experience: Proven experience in the operation of engineering systems as a service technician, specifically with AHU, VRV, and chiller systems.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the working and maintenance process of fire pumps and water pump sets.
- Education: Vocational education or relevant courses in the field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to work with controllers, frequency converters, and instrumentation.
- Additional Expertise: Knowledge of the principles of operation for air conditioning systems such as "chiller - fan coils - individual heating point."
