Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of Warehouse Manager, for one of the biggest International Company in the field of Telecommunications in Tbilisi, Georgia

Job Description

Participation in planning, controlling and managing of logistics operation E2E, escalation party for urgent or unsolved logistics issues. Share responsibility in issue of identification and resolution. Proactively cooperate with customer and subcon, ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency (Inbound, sorting, outbound, dismantle equipment accepting) — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals;
Arrangement of the effective warehouse management, including establishment of rules and processes (Inbound handling control, warehouse labor resources management, Pickup, Packing, Outbound Handling, counting, materials sorting, labelling, SN/bar code scanning, Safety and Fire Control Management, Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods (CIAG) management)
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space allocations, equipment layouts, shipping, and customer service, outbound and inbound of each material, meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team, control each employee behavior and attendance, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary;
Prepare performance and tracking reports (operation daily performance, daily closing, payment aging, stock taking report, cycle count, damage report)
Regional LSP selection and management as per unitary existing process, and sign SLA and Service contract (including non-disclosure agreement) with existing local LSP under the direction of international transportation CEG in H.Q. Logistics documents management (warehouse documents preparation, POD, payment documents from LSP);
LSP performance evaluation and regularly audit (KPI of warehousing rates, counting and inventory accuracy etc.)
Operating goods management in company's logistics IT systems (Huawei Transportation Management System (HTM), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Supply Chain Management (ISC), Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP))
