Bolt Food is looking for a proactive and organized Workplace and People Operations Specialist to join our team, where you will play a key role in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment while providing essential support to our People Operations team.

Please note that this is a full-time contract employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is 2200 GEL + Bi-Annual Bonuses

About the role
As a Workplace and People Operations Specialist, you’ll enhance our organizational culture and support team growth. Your role involves managing HR tasks, fostering employee engagement, and streamlining operations. Help us create a positive and productive workplace experience!
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies, organize office space, and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Manage digital filing and record-keeping for HR documents, employee files, and other administrative paperwork using our software systems
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring new employees have all necessary materials
- Help coordinate team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and company regulations
About you:
- You have experience in HR assistance and administrative work (preferred)
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners
- You are willing to learn and grow within the role, with an openness to feedback and development opportunities
- You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive HR information and administrative tasks
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Georgia
