The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of logistics at InXpress. As our Home-Based Strategic Partnership Architect, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive new business and forge valuable partnerships. You'll leverage your expertise to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expertly navigate the sales cycle to convert leads into loyal clients. Fluency in English is a must for this role, as you'll be conducting business communication through phone calls, emails, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities and partnerships aligned with company objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation (including cold calling) to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine business development strategies and tactics.
Who You Are:
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented self-starter with a proven track record of success in business development.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A communication maestro with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders through cold calling and other outreach methods.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
