Your Mission:
  • Overall, the mission of a financial manager is to effectively manage the organization's finances to support its strategic objectives and ensure its long-term success.
  • Financial Planning: Developing strategies to achieve the organization's financial goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Investment Management: Making decisions about how to allocate financial resources, including investments in assets, securities, and projects that will generate returns for the organization.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks that could potentially impact the organization's financial stability, such as market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide insights into the organization's financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with Georgian financial regulations and reporting requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating financial information and strategies to internal stakeholders, such as management and board members, as well as external stakeholders, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Embrace the nuances of Georgian culture and mentality, recognizing the importance of building trust, fostering relationships, and honoring traditions in the workplace. Demonstrate respect for local customs and values while championing a culture of diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct an analysis of income and expenses of company divisions.
  • Analyze deviations of actual and budget data.
  • Prepare financial management reports.
  • monthly formation of actual implementation of CF and PL, plan-fact analysis.
  • formation of an up-to-date payment calendar on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring the company's financial performance.
  • Monitoring timely payment of bills according to the company budget

Requirements:
  • Higher education (economics/finance/accounting and auditing)
  • 3 years of experience as a financial manager
  • Experience in building management accounting.
  • Experience in setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to form and analyze budgets.
  • Ability to generate and analyze reporting (CF and PL, payment calendar);
  • Knowledge of accounting of business activities in the provision of services.
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel), Internet, 1C.
  • Ability to focus on details, analytical thinking, responsibility, discipline, communication skills.

  • Profitability Improvement: Increase the organization's profitability through effective cost management, revenue growth strategies, and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Cash Flow Optimization: Ensure sufficient cash flow to meet operational needs, investment requirements, and debt obligations while minimizing excess cash sitting idle.
  • Financial Risk Mitigation: Reduce financial risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies, such as diversification of investments, hedging against currency or interest rate fluctuations, and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
  • Financial Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and dissemination of financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal deadlines.
  • Working Capital Optimization: Optimize the management of working capital to maintain a healthy balance between liquidity and profitability, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory level.
  • Cost Control and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency across various business functions without compromising quality or service delivery.
  • Investment Performance: Achieve satisfactory investment returns by monitoring and adjusting investment portfolios based on market conditions, risk tolerance, and long-term financial objectives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, as well as promoting good governance practices within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including management, board members, investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to build trust and confidence in the organization's financial management.
  • Long-Term Financial Sustainability: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the organization's long-term growth and sustainability, including capital allocation decisions, debt management, and strategic financial planning.
