WayPoint announces a vacancy for the position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to our clients' customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and representing our clients' brands with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while resolving customer concerns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support softwares and CRMs.
  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Spanish Language will be considered as a plus.

Shifts:
  • We currently offer two shifts:
  • Day Shift: 15:55 to 22:55
  • Night Shift: 22:55 to 07:55
  • Full-time workers are required to work at least 2 night shifts per week, and you will have the flexibility to choose which days you prefer to work.
  • If we need to cover, shift times might vary somewhat; you will be made aware of this in advance.

Part-Time Option:
  • We also offer a part-time option, and we are open to considering individual arrangements with interested candidates. The part-time alternative entails working the same hours but fewer shifts. 3 to 4 shifts per week

Compensation:
  • Salaries for Customer Service Agents are determined based on your previous experience. Hourly rates typically range from $3 to $4 per hour.
