 We are looking for   English Speaking Call Center Telemarketing Representative  in Tbilisi, Georgia that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers to provide excellent customer service that can turn into amazing sales opportunities and long-lasting business relationships. This position is a relationship-based selling opportunity that requires the ability to build value with a high-quality line of financial products and services. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, have basic sales skills, and have the ability to work seamlessly between internal and external operating systems, including a basic understanding of Microsoft based applications.

 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Profound Knowledge of English is a must.
  • Previous experience at least for one year in working financial industry in the same position is a plus.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

 

Requirements

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

 

SKILLS

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced department
  • Ability to work well with external vendors including fee verification
  • Ability to work with internal and external operating systems
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines
  • Versatility in job functionality and quick to assimilate procedural changes
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
