Your role:

To ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from start to the end;
  • To develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • To identify the most appropriate sources, social media channels and job portals in regards to actively promoting the company job opportunities and activities;
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • To work actively with our internal database system thus promoting job opportunities among passive applicants;
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • To contribute with ideas and support all kind of events, initiatives and activities that promote the Employer brand of the company and help us be recognized as an Employer of Choice;
  • To keep a clear track record of the activity and provide regular reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or Social sciences;
  • Experience of working in Recruitment for at least one year is a must;
  • Previous experience in working within the industry of financial markets or telemarketing would be considered a strong advantage;
  • Profound knowledge of English is a must.
  • Knowledge of Labor code of Georgia;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization;
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills.
