As a Client Solutions Associate at RightAngle, you will be exposed to the dynamic business world and engage with experts from a multitude of industries and markets, including Information Technologies, Financial Services, Pharma and Biotech, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include expanding our network of experts, evaluating their knowledge alignment with client needs, building relationships with experts, delivering value to clients, and collaborating with senior colleagues to maximize commercial growth opportunities within our key accounts.
- Learn RightAngle's foundational business processes, support senior team members in high-level project delivery, and develop a fundamental understanding of sourcing practices.
- Fulfill time-sensitive research requests for RightAngle clients, including analyzing client requirements, shortlisting topic experts, and calling candidates to qualify their knowledge
- Cultivate a strong understanding of core industries in the area to enhance project and service quality.
- Establish robust client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- University degree
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Assertive and proactive attitude
- Inquisitive mindset, quick learner, and adept at delivering rapid results
- Prior experience in business communication (English language)
- Previous experience in Sales or a fast-paced, target-driven environment; cold-calling experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with Boolean search tools is a plus

Client Solutions Associates are swiftly promoted to senior positions within the organization, including Senior Associates and Managers. These roles involve coordinating and executing short and mid-term client projects, exceeding commercial targets, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to the implementation of business initiatives. Our company also offers a wide range of opportunities across various seniority levels, enabling migration to other positions or departments.
NOTE: This position is open to candidates with the right to work in Moldova and Tbilisi and refugees from Ukraine. Moreover, we are also open to freelancers.
