Back Office Services announces a vacancy for the position: German/French Speaking Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• First and direct contact person for the long-term entrusted key accounts in the current projects
• Purchasing and organization of maintenance services
• Coordination and follow-up of the activities of all internal and external project participants
• Steering and controlling the internal and customer-oriented information flow

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English as well as German/French
• Any other additional European language would be an advantage
• Completed education and at least 3 years of professional experience or a completed degree program
• Intercultural competence
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills
• Independent, structured way of working and organizational skills

Salary range: 2200–2700 GEL
