YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Managing recruitment team in dynamic environment,
  • Recruiting Georgians for short term outsourcing contracts in Poland,
  • Supporting recruiters to enhance the effectiveness of process,
  • Delivering strategies and projects that drive employees into our business,
  • Proactively forecasting recruitment needs with operations leadership,
  • Monitoring and reacting to recruitment trends, ensuring we use every resource available to us,
  • Analysing recruiting data and implementing new initiatives that increase the quality & effectiveness of our hires,
  • Identifying and utilising new recruitment channels,
  • Delivering of recruitment targets by your team,
  • Assuring timely delivery of projects,
  • Creating job descriptions,
  • Coordinating recruitment processes,
  • Preparing meetings with employers,
  • Leading interviews when needed,
  • Coordinating departure of employees to Poland,

 

WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):

  • Native Georgian,
  • Fluency in English (please note that job interview will be in English),
  • Russian at communicative level,
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment process and best practices
  • minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and 2 years of managing team,
  • Very good team management skills – experience in building, coaching and supporting the recruitment team,
  • Capability of hard working under pressure and tight deadlines,
  • Good work organization, independence & acting as a solution provider,
  • Efficient communication and reporting,
  • High motivation & enthusiasm,
  • Great leader,
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Quick learner.

 

YOU CAN ADDITIONALLY IMPRESS US WITH:

  • Experience in sales, knowing sales strategies,
  • Other foreign languages like Polish.
