Experience and competencies

  • Bachelor's degree; (Education related to Human Recourses - is advantage).
  • Labor Code;
  • Law on safe and healthy working conditions;
  • Protection against Discrimination Act;
  • Social security code;
  • Law on Protection of Personal Data, etc., And
  • Regulations on their application.
  • Russian Advanced level mandatory (written and spoken);
  • English is a plus
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (Human Resources);
  • Woman with a representative appearance (mandatory);
  • Computer skills - MS Office: Word, Excel;
  • Driving license - B category – is a plus.

 

Soft skills:

  • Ability to relate in an excellent manner, with a friendly and informative approach;
  • Details oriented, Stress resistant;
  • Ability to work independently as well as having good team skills.
