Our well established company that provides financial services for online global companies is seeking for Backoffice Representative

  • ​Summary of Responsibilities: Managing incoming calls and service inquiries
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
  •  Being the spokesperson for all online reviews, responding to client and third party queries; coordinating requests between departments; ensuring 100% replies on all client queries.
  •  Using a tracking system that would allow the team to solve potential issues proactively. 
  • Creating message templates to increase client satisfaction and to support the product  
  • Ensuring all third party websites contain accurate content of our services. 
  • Upholding the highest standards of internal and external customer service at all times. Proactively building, developing, and managing strong working relationships with various internal departments.



  • Excellent writing skills – English language
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • 1-2 years experience within customer services, backoffice, or a social media environment
  • Passionate user of digital technologies
  • Strong organization skills; self-directed and works effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
