Alpha Marketing is seeking qualified, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager

 

Responsibilities

  • In charge of the overall HR function and leads the communication process with regards to HR related issues to all concerned stakeholders;
  • Develops and implement company’s personnel management policy and HR procedures in compliance with company strategy and Georgian labor code;
  • Develops, designs and implements strategic HR initiatives; goals & 
  • objectives, performance management and etc;
  • Strategizes and works with executive team on drafting/updating of policies and initiatives;
  • Prepares and manages processes and all related policies and procedures for recruitment, hiring, personnel development, salary and benefits, etc;
  • Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including vacancy description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps);
  • Ensures all recruiting activities consistent with organization's policies and standards;
  • Insures good delivery of HR policy and procedures to the company staff and HQ;
  • Works with management to understand current and future workforce needs;
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization;
  • Assesses external labor market conditions, develops the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods;
  • Plans, develops, and manages the recruitment processes and employment programs;
  • Analyzes employment trends and metrics and makes recommendations for 
  • improvements;
  • Helps and resolves any employee relations issues as they arise;
  • Provides support for employee relations to proactively mitigate risks 
  • while promoting the goal of improving the workplace and culture;
  • Completes ad-hoc projects, both individually and on cross-functional teams;
  • Maintains good relationships with all advertisement and recruitment agencies;

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or relevant;
  • At least 5 years of a previous professional experience on a HR Management role;
  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
  • Great communication and interaction skills and competences, and able to influence over others with ease;
  • Flexible and dynamic and a natural multitasker with swift and agile mind;
  • Able to work under pressure and within short deadlines;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Office.
