"GeoState Group" is announcing an opening for the position of REMOTE Hybrid English-Speaking Customer Service Representative/Sales Agent (დისტანციური ჰიბრიდული ინგლისურენოვანი კლიენტთა მომსახურების წარმომადგენელი/გაყიდვების აგენტი)

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative/Sales Agent:

• Data entry
• Answering e-mails / chats
• Taking calls
• Striving to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Following up on customer needs as necessary
• Anticipating the needs of clients and addressing them accordingly
• Establishing relationships with new customers
• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers
• Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learning about new products and services as they come in
• Meeting with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative/Sales Agent we are looking for:

• Fluent in English language (both speaking and writing)
• Your level of English must be at C1 proficiency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
• 1+ years of experience in the field
  
• Strong knowledge of industry standards
• Confident and charismatic approach to people
