Job Description:
As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer data to improve player retention and drive company revenues. This role is positioned within our data team and will implement data-driven strategies for improving player engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

• End to end development and implementation of bonusing and player retention strategies based on data analysis and insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve player engagement and loyalty through targeted offers and personalized experiences.
• Work closely with the Data and Product teams to maintain CRM infrastructure, including data segmentation and modeling, to support retention initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of player data to track retention trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on retention metrics, including LTVs, churn and retention rates and implement actions to improve these metrics.

Qualification requirements:

• Previous experience in data-driven roles, preferably in customer retention or CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments to drive results.
• Experience in online gambling and with Looker, Segment, or Xtremepush is desirable.
• Fluent in English & Georgian
