Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare the company’s financial statements; 
• Participate in budget planning and assists with the preparation and implementation of an annual budget; 
• Assists with administering transactions that affect the general ledger;  
• Reconciles General ledger account balances and prepares detailed schedules for respective parties; 
• Reviews budget amendments and assists with bank statement reconciliations; 
• Prepare periodic IFRS reports for the management, supervisory board, shareholders, financial institutions, tax authorities, and other relevant parties regarding the company`s financial performance and plans; 
• Compose different types of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses for the CFO and management; 
• Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance;  
• Assists accounting in the preparation of all relevant reports and calculations to support External Audits; 
• Prepare, monitor, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; 
• Communicate with financial and tax auditors and provide appropriate data; 
• Manage company cash flow;  
• Approve contracts with product suppliers, service providers, and clients to ensure compliance to the approved budget/business plan; 
• Coaches, counsels, disciplines, and evaluates the work of assigned personnel;  
• Recommends transfers, promotions, demotions, suspensions, and terminations; 
• Establishes and maintains various records, reports, and files; 
• Performs the duties of Chief Finance Officer as required; 
• Assist the CFO in managing and controlling the company’s financial processes;  

 
Other requirements and competencies: 

• A BBA degree in Economics, Finance, or Audit & Control is required; 
• Master’s degree in finance or MBA with a concertation in finance is strongly preferred; 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field in the finance sector; 
• Sound knowledge of Georgian tax legislation; 
• Fluency in English is a must; 
• Self-motivated, intelligent, positive, and energetic; 
• Excellent analytical skills; 
• Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
