We are looking for a Q-Commerce Manager to own the long-term growth and profitability of the country! You will be working to build your cities’ team and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments including - operations, marketing, sales, account management, recruitment, finance, tech, business development, and communications, etc.

This role is the perfect mix of the analytical with the creative - with the gravitas to lead and represent a rapidly growing startup internally at HQ, and externally to the local media and partners.

  • Be owner of P&L
  • Manage groceries local team and partners
  • Develop and close partnerships with important brands and merchants
  • Manage multiple projects while being a resourceful multi-tasker and the key stakeholder manager for your market
  • Define the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets for your city in the established time
  • Work with a cross-functional team (marketing, operations, procurement, finance…) to achieve quick and flawless execution
  • Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
  • Give visibility using analytical reports to the main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on next steps
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or groceries vendor management
  • Analytical mindset - experience in data analytics tools
  • Experience managing and inspiring people
  • Excellent English level
  • Problem solver, results-driven, creative thinking with perfect written and spoken communication
  • Experience creating and developing strategies from scratch
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with details
  • Out of the box thinking
