The core line of the business is game and supportive software development for iGaming operators. The team of 80+ employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide.  


SmartSoft is announcing a job opening for the position Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Identify opportunities for new business within the market, working to monthly targets as set by the Head of Sales 
  • Participate in the preparation of the Sales business plan and meeting the necessary targets; 
  • Establish and build sound relationships with all partners; 
  • Develops understanding of customers’ and partners’ business and strategy and relevant industry trends through research (reading industry research reports, attending internal/external conferences, talking with partners directly, gathering third party resources); 
  • Represent the company at industry-specific exhibitions, actively developing and maintaining relationships within the iGaming industry. 


Qualification Requirements: 

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field; 
  • Have three years experience in the role or similar; 
  • Be sales and business-oriented with an attitude for negotiation; 
  • Possess an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in English; 
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative; 
  • Willing to travel overseas to attend fairs and exhibitions; 
  • Languages: C1 English, preferably B2 Russian.
